In its previous avatar, the company was offering Sales outsourcing solutions and hence the name How Sales Consultants. We used to become the actual sales arm of a company and do whatever an internal sales department will do – identifying prospects, meeting them, doing the sales pitch, follow up, closing the deal, payment collections, etc.
Sales outsourcing is much different from the services of a dealer, distributor or franchisee. A company can avail these services under specific requirements, circumstances and for a contractual period.
Our listening can have deepest impact on teammates, clients, colleagues and everyone else. It builds bridges, creates relationships, generates trust, soothes people, relieves pain, resolves issues and spreads happiness.
But unfortunately, most of us fail to understand what real listening is. We want others to listen to us keenly, but we don't know what comes in the way of our listening. Hence, we don't engage in this sensible, productive and fulfilling human activity.
Total Listening consists of 3 online sessions of one hour duration each (on Sundays) and two weeks of practices for your people to master this skill.

An event aimed at acknowledging the services of people who live in the platforms of our cities. These people become a major chunk of workforce and as casual labourers they do every activity needed for a corporation to function efficiently – cleaning the roads, maintaining parks, unclogging drainage system, etc. But their services are rarely acknowledged. Also no one from the mainstream society mingles with them and they are kept at a distance. They don’t have a chance to mingle with them.society. Hence, this event.
Music, games and entertainment programs were conducted for them. Men, women and children got fully involved and spent a nice time in an air-conditioned atmosphere. Dinner was provided and grocery for few day of cooking was distributed to them.
To those in the healthcare industry and helped save many lives. These awards were distributed to few Doctors and many nursing staff offering extreme care to little children from the poorest backgrounds.
