Relevant Learning
Whatever is discussed in our training, will be very relevant to your company and your work situations. There will not be any fancy, irrelevant or bookish concepts. Only validated tools and frameworks that fit into the situations of your company will be offered in our courses.
Practices and Reinforcement
Your people get practices to perform on a regular basis. These practices trigger their thoughts, help them reflect, and try a new behaviours. These are not time-consuming activities. These will be in the form of small assignments, watching a video, analyzing a case situation, sharing a personal experience, on field trial, etc.
These small practices are designed to help them taste success. Over a period of time, they give your people confidence and motivation to try and implement new ways of behaving and new ways of being.
This engagement can happen on WhatsApp. There will be dedicated Mentors to guide your people.
Mentors to Support
Each batch will have around 20 participants and 2 mentors (managers or senior people who are willing to support their colleagues in learning and implementation). These mentors will be guided separately by the trainer on how to support their staff in this learning journey and real world implementation.
